We place a great deal of importance on the conceptual support and technical advice for our customers, whether in the process of standard products modification or new systems development. Our service also covers the creation of 2D and 3D sketches.
We manage a very extensive product portfolio, but some applications are so special that standard products simply do not fit. Exactly for these cases, we have a team of experienced technicians and engineers. We gladly respond to any challenge and modify switches, motors, wiper systems or drive units according to our customers’ requirements.
However, the service of Wald Antriebe is not limited to customizing products. If required, we also develop completely new systems. Either it is conception, prototype building or series production, we can implement many of the required steps directly in-house or at partner companies. Manufacturers directly begin series production according to our design documents.
3D Development
Our 3D developers create accurate digital 3D drawings in AutoCAD Inventor and compatible formats. If desired, movement patterns can also be included.
Design
We design tailor-made solutions starting from the stage of a (3D) design sketch up to the fully-functional technical prototype and series production. We design complete wiper systems, individual steering column switches as well as DC motors and drive units.
Prototypes
As required by our customers, we create realistic prototypes in our in-house prototype workshop to be able to test the new product’s design, technical solution or functional principle in real life.
Adjustments
Complete redesign is often unnecessary, because our manufacturers’ large product range already has a similar product. We can adjust these products in a way to produce a cost-effective and time-saving solution that can be used precisely for the respective application.
